Short-term leases
Three, six and nine month terms on a limited number of homes, for people whose life isn’t on a twelve month cycle.
Terms we can usually do
- Twelve months — the standard rate, our lowest price per month
- Six to nine months — available on most floor plans, priced above the standard rate
- Three to five months — a smaller number of homes, priced highest
We can also align an end date with an academic year or a rotation rather than counting twelve months from move-in. That’s much easier to arrange when you sign than to change later, so raise it on the tour.
Why short terms cost more
An apartment that turns over three times a year costs more to run than one that turns over once — cleaning, painting, marketing and the weeks it sits empty between residents. Every community in the Medical Center area prices this way. We’d rather explain the reason than pretend it isn’t happening.
What you still get
Everything a twelve month resident gets: the pool, the dog park, the fitness centre, in-home laundry and on-site maintenance. Short-term residents aren’t second-class here.

Availability changes weekly. Call the office with your dates rather than filling in a form — they can check the current list while you’re on the phone.
