Resident FAQ
The questions the office gets most often, answered properly.
How do I pay rent?
Through the resident portal — one-off card or bank payments, or a recurring schedule. Rent is due on the first. Late fees are set out in your lease.
Something’s broken. How fast will it be fixed?
Routine requests are usually handled within two business days. Anything involving water, gas, electricity, a lock-out or a security concern is an emergency — call the office number and follow the prompts rather than using the portal.
Can I transfer to a different apartment?
Often, yes. Transfers within the community are usually simpler than moving out and back in. Talk to the office before your renewal window opens rather than after.
What’s the guest parking situation?
Visitor parking is outside the leasing office. Longer visits need to be registered with the office so your guest doesn’t get towed.
How do I add a roommate or a pet?
Both need to go through the office first. A roommate has to be screened and added to the lease; a pet needs to be registered and is subject to the pet policy and fees. Doing it retroactively is a lease violation, so ask first.
When do I need to give notice?
Typically sixty days in writing, but check your specific lease. The office will confirm your exact date if you ask.
