Pet-friendly apartments
A fenced dog park on site, a half-mile lakeside path and ground-floor homes with patios that open onto grass.

The dog park
Fully fenced, with agility equipment, a water station and shade along one edge. Waste stations at both gates. It’s open to residents at all hours and doesn’t need booking — which in practice means it’s busy around 7 AM and 6 PM and empty the rest of the day.
The lakeside path
The paved path loops the water at roughly half a mile. It’s the reason a lot of our residents with dogs chose here over somewhere closer to the Medical Center — there’s nowhere comparable to walk a dog inside the TMC itself.
Ground-floor homes
Ground-floor apartments have patios that open directly onto grass, which makes the 6 AM trip out considerably less of an event. Ask the leasing office which of our sixteen layouts currently have ground-floor homes available.
The policy
We’re pet friendly for both cats and dogs. There are breed restrictions and both a one-time pet fee and monthly pet rent — the leasing office will give you the current figures and the restricted breed list before you apply, and we’d rather you have them up front than at signing.
Assistance animals and service animals are handled under fair housing rules, not the pet policy, and are not subject to pet fees or breed restrictions.
Questions we haven’t answered?
The leasing office picks up during opening hours and would rather tell you honestly than have you drive out here for nothing.
