Prototype note. This article is a worked example of the community-news format — the structure is real, the specific announcements below are placeholders and need replacing with actual updates from the property team before launch.

Pool hours

[Placeholder] Seasonal hours change on a set date each autumn. This is the kind of item that belongs here rather than only on a notice by the gate, because residents search for it and because it gives us something to post that people actually open.

Package handling

[Placeholder] Any change to how deliveries are received — hours, location, notification method — goes here. This is consistently one of the highest-traffic resident questions at any community.

Maintenance scheduling

[Placeholder] Planned work that affects residents: water shut-offs, exterior painting, landscaping, parking area resurfacing. Posting these in advance measurably reduces calls to the office.

Resident events

[Placeholder] The autumn calendar. Even a short list gives residents a reason to check the site, and gives us content that is genuinely useful rather than written for search engines.

Why this section exists

Two reasons, and they are different.

Guides like our housing guide for TMC residents are written to be found by people who do not yet know us. They bring in visitors from search.

Posts like this one are written for people who already live here. They will never rank for anything and that is fine — they exist so the website is somewhere residents have a reason to return to, which reduces load on the leasing office and makes renewals a conversation rather than a cold letter.
