How far is Regard at Med Center from the Texas Medical Center?
About four miles — roughly a twelve minute drive via South Loop 610 and Fannin Street. The Fannin South METRORail station is six minutes away and puts you in the Medical Center on the Red Line without paying for a garage.
What size apartments are available?
One and two bedroom apartments from 638 to 1,498 square feet, across sixteen floor plans. We do not offer studio apartments.
Are pets allowed?
Yes. We are pet friendly and have a fenced dog park on site. Breed restrictions and pet fees apply — ask the leasing office for the current policy.
Do you offer short-term or furnished leases?
Yes, on a limited number of homes. Shorter terms are priced above the twelve-month rate. Call the office for what is open, since short-term inventory turns over quickly.
What is included in the rent?
Water, trash and pest control are billed through a utility allocation. Electricity is set up directly with the provider. The leasing office will walk you through the full monthly cost of a specific unit before you apply.
