Applications are handled through our secure resident portal. Here’s what to have ready before you start.
Before you begin
- Government-issued photo ID for every applicant over 18
- Proof of income — recent pay stubs, an offer letter, or a residency or fellowship agreement
- Your current and previous address history
- The floor plan and unit you want, if you’ve already toured
What it costs
There is an application fee per applicant and a separate administration fee. Both are quoted before you submit — the leasing office will confirm the current amounts, and nothing is charged until you reach the payment step.
What happens next
Screening usually takes one to three business days. The office calls you either way. If you’re approved, they’ll walk you through the lease, the utility setup and your move-in appointment.
Tour first if you can. Photographs and floor plans only tell you so much. If you’re applying from out of town, ask for a video walkthrough of the actual unit rather than the model — the office does these daily.
